It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Carolyn on Thursday surrounded by her family. A Service will be held to remember and celebrate Carolyn on Friday 24th July 2026 at Fountains, Corner Elliot & Wood Sts, Papakura. In Lieu of flowers, we ask that you either donate to Totara Hospice here https://hospice.co.nz/donate/#donate-now or at the service. Carolyn also wanted to purchase thermometers for Ward 17(?) at Middlemore Hospital, donations can also be left at the service. Carolyn is the loved eldest daughter of Barry and Margaret Cox (nee Johnson), and the loved wife, partner in life and habitual arguer of Ross, Loved and caring Mum of Liam and Kieran, beautiful Mother-in-Law of Jeneen and Nana to Elyas. Beautiful Sister of Michelle and the late Paul and loved Sister-in-law of Dean Grant and Auntie to Callum and Amy Grant, and James Pickstone. Wonderful Daughter-in-law to Kath & Kieth Colmer, Sister-in-law to Christine and her Husband Paul, John and his wife Sue, Aunty to Andrea, Brian, Hayley, Amy, and Gus. Cat Whisperer and looker-afterer of many a fur baby.
