Cherished wife of the late Clyde Buckingham. Loved mother, grandmother and aunty. Long time member of the Karaka community. A service to celebrate the life of Patricia will be held in the Kowhai Chapel, 35 Wood Street, Papakura on Friday 24th April 2026 at 11:00am.
